A new bay every day
A week-long sailing and mindfulness adventure between the beautiful islands of the Ionian Sea. Every day we sail to a new bay. There is a lot of time for walking, swimming and snorkeling. You regularly enjoy dinner in a Greek restaurant in a picturesque village ashore.

We start the day with mindfulness exercises based on the Mindfulness Stage of the day. The exercises are playful and down to earth. They invite you to be present in the here and now. With all your senses. It has been Scientifically proven that these exercises help you to live and work more from rest and attention and less from stress!
Blown by the wind from island to island
The rest of the day you let the wind take you from island to island. You enjoy the game of sea, wind and sun. You travel without always having to pack and unpack your suitcase. You travel sustainably, because almost all of our electricity comes from wind and sun.
