A loving space where you can meet the true face of Mother Earth:

When you are stressed or tired, this meditation can support you!
Look for a nice, quiet spot in nature and choose a tree, which attracts you. Make contact with its energy by touching it gently. Close your eyes and try to feel the energy of the tree. What kind of feeling does it give you? Maybe a happy feeling or a relaxed feeling?! Does the energy feel more male or female? Just relax with it and let a connection between your energy and the energy of the tree happen.

When you feel you are “connected” , you can sit against the tree with your back. Try to keep you spine straight. Just sit there and feel you back touching the tree, feel the earth underneath your bottom and your legs. Visualize how your stress, worries or tiredness flows into the earth through your legs and bottom. It can help to breath deeply through your mouth. After this you can visualize how the energy of the tree is filling you up. Maybe you see the color of this energy or you feel the energy flow into your body.
After this vitalizing shower of energy, stand up slowly. Thank the tree in your own way.
