Osho (1931-1990) was an Indian Mystic who wanted to help people to (re)-discover themselves. There are numerous books about his teachings and he also developed lots of meditations.
In his opinion, the traditional meditation techniques are not suitable for the busy Western people. It is impossible for most of us to sit down, be still and just meditate. Therefore he created active meditations in which you start with moving the body to release pent-up energy and emotions. This leads to a state of calmness in which meditation can flourish.
In our work we feel very inspired by his beautiful and playful energy!
