Yippee breakfast in bed!!
That is so awesome, thank you☺
But this color is this normal?
Yes it is!
Start your day with eating dragon, well eating dragon fruit.
While the dragon fruit’s name might sound intimidating, it has a beautiful appearance and delicious to eat. The fruit has bright pink skin, consisting of overlaid leaves that look like scales (which is probably how the dragon fruit got its name).
The dragon fruit is unlike any other fruit, in appearance or taste. It is not produced by a tree but rather from a fruit-bearing species of cacti which is native to Central and South America. Today, it is commercially cultivated in Southeast Asia.
Dragon fruit flowers bloom overnight and usually wilt by the morning. They bloom by night because they rely on bats as pollinators for fertilization. The plants can flower between three and six times in a year depending on growing conditions.
The bright color of the smoothy in the picture is completely natural.?The seeds of dragon fruits are high in polyunsaturated fats (omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids) that reduce triglycerides and lower the risk of cardiovascular disorders. Eating dragon fruit can help the body maintain such normal function as ridding the body of toxic heavy metals and improved eyesight. Lycopene, responsible for the red color in dragon fruit, has been shown to be linked with a lower prostate cancer risk.
In the smoothy there is also banana and lemon. No sugar added, but nonetheless delicious sweet. Enjoy and have a great day!
